President & Chief Executive Officer 

With a career spanning more than 45 years, he began his career as an owner operator servicing department stores, grocery stores and big box retail. He is an accomplished and results-driven Operations Executive with broad-based expertise building and leading highly effective teams while overseeing performance in the integrated facility services industry.

Vice President of Finance

David serves as Vice President of Finance for H&B, providing strategic financial leadership for a growing janitorial and facility services organization. With more than 14 years of experience and a background as a Certified Public Accountant, he partners closely with executive leadership to support disciplined growth, financial stability, and long-term value creation.
