Since 1992
H&B Facility Services was founded in 1992 in Northern New Jersey as H&B Cleaning Services. What began as a janitorial company with two employees quickly earned a reputation for reliability, strong work ethic, and high-quality service.
Through that reputation, H&B grew steadily, expanding beyond New Jersey, taking on larger and more complex accounts, and building a national presence spanning 15 states. Over the decades, the company evolved from a local janitorial operation into a full-service facility services provider capable of supporting some of the country's largest and most complex environments.
Today, H&B Facility Services delivers integrated janitorial and facility support solutions to clients operating complex facilities where reliability, safety, and operational consistency are essential.
Despite our growth, our mission remains the same: delivering dependable service while building strong teams and lasting partnerships.
Company Timeline
1992
H&B Cleaning Services is founded in Northern New Jersey with two employees and secures its first contract.
2000
H&B secures its first large-scale facility in Woodbridge, growing to more than 30 employees.
2002
H&B expands outside New Jersey.
2005 – 2008
Major expansions into Florida growing to 13 facilities across the state.
2011
H&B expands into Texas, launching operations in Fort Worth.
2012 – 2015
Operations expand into Minnesota with three new facilities.
2019
H&B expands operations into Tennessee.
2020 – 2021
During the COVID-19 pandemic, H&B expands sanitation services and supplies PPE to support essential operations.
2023 – 2024
The company continues nationwide growth, expanding operations across Texas and additional states including Arizona, Kentucky, Colorado, South Dakota, and Pennsylvania.
2025
H&B successfully launches 27 facilities on the same day across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and North Carolina.
